Who is Eventor for?

Photography and videography studios in Sri Lanka — from a single photographer keeping track of bookings, to a multi-branch studio running a crew and a full calendar.

Can my clients use it without an account?

Yes. Galleries and albums open from a link in any browser, and agreements can be read and signed without signing up. Clients only get a portal login if you invite them.

What happens to my photos?

Originals stay yours. Proofing galleries are stored at web resolution for the client to choose from; you keep the masters and deliver them however you already do.

Can I change plan later?

Any time, up or down. Nothing is deleted when you move to a smaller plan — anything outside it simply becomes read-only until you upgrade again.
